We've found the perfect balance and combination to make this Bitter unique and extraordinary, in the "Peated Wood Finish" version, made by infusing herbs, citrus fruits, and spices. Five percent of the blend is expertly aged in wooden barrels. We thought of something unique that could connect to the Scotland described in Carlo Anselmo's notes, known for its thistles and its peated drinks.

separately, in a dilute alcohol infusion respecting the ingredients and
the seasons. For this reason, to create Jefferson takes more than 11
months, without ever resorting to artificial flavours or colouring, a linen
cloth is how we filter it.
